◆ About 'Rack Chopsticks'
Rack chopsticks is a specialty store for Palestinian goods that develops, selects, and sells products through fair trade, under the motto 'Wonderful borders have no borders.' Through handcraft, we share the charm of the local people and culture experienced through homestays, while also sharing the joy of caring for wooden products and incorporating the distortions created by natural materials and human hands into daily life.
We always carry about 40 types of daily necessities, kitchenware, stationery, and more, suitable for all generations and genders (some items are not listed on goooods due to inventory and cost constraints). In addition to face-to-face sales, our own e-commerce channels, wholesale, and we have also participated in events at Hankyu Hanshin Department Store, Meitetsu Department Store, and Matsuya Ginza.
◆ About the Production Group of This Product: 'Holy Land Handicraft Cooperatives Society'
It is the oldest member organization of the World Fair Trade Federation (WFTO) in the Middle East. We support a community of 2,000 people in Palestine (Bethlehem, West Bank), and despite overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic and still generating no tourism revenue from the town's mainstay, we continue to trade with overseas artisans to prevent job resignations.
