Our caffeine-less mocha is manufactured by the German company CR-3 Kaffeeveredelung M.Hermsen GmbH and uses raw beans with a guaranteed caffeine residue of less than 0.1%. In addition, no chemicals are used, and non-toxic carbon dioxide is used to remove caffeine, so that the original flavor of the coffee is not damaged. Keeping an atmospheric pressure of 65-70 bar and a temperature of 20-25°C, after dissolving the caffeine, it is removed by a vacuum pump and dried to retain about 10% moisture.
