This is the base of Chinese professional's handmade tantanmen soup. Although it has a soggy mixed soba style on authentic tantanmen, it is a confident work that emphasizes the sesame feeling with a mild spiciness. We jointly developed it based on the relationship and enthusiasm between our company in Komagane City, which produces rare domestic sesame seeds with less than 0.1% of market distribution, and Sasuke, a limited liability company that also runs a Chinese restaurant in Sakudaira, Shinshu, and used our pure domestic sesame oil "Sesame Oil Premium Black" as a decisive factor to bring out the flavor of the sesame seeds. (1) Add 60cc of boiling water to the base of one serving of soup and mix. (2) Add boiled noodles (can be left as is or cold) and mix to combine, then complete with your favorite toppings (menma, green onions, boiled pork, etc.). *Noodles can be 110g~130g of store-bought noodles or udon.
