That's because the weeds that are the favorite of thrips (a general term for Tysanoptera insects), which mainly eat roses, were left unweeded. Thrips stopped eating roses. Insect carcasses and excrement also became the best compost, and rose plants began to bloom stronger, more beautiful, and more fragrant.
