Overflowing coolness! A wonderful collaboration between yuzu and mint.
Japanese peppermint from Yakage Town, Okayama Prefecture is distilled in a simple distillation machine and peppermint water is collected. It is used for part of the water splitting.
It is a refreshing sake with a rich aroma of yuzu from Kochi and a refreshing aftertaste of mint.
From the Taisho era to the Showa 30s, the southern part of Okayama Prefecture was a major producer of Japanese mint, and there was also a peppermint distillery in Yakage Town.
In the fall of 2010, a large number of Japanese peppermint was found growing wild on the riverbed in Yakage Town, and good peppermint was selected and cultivated in the peppermint fields of Yakage Town.
Ingredients: Yuzu juice, brewed alcohol, fructose, peppermint extract.
Alcohol content: 7.5 degrees.
Release time: All year round.
Recommended drinking: chilled and straight, with soda, on the rocks, with milk, with beer.
