This purple wine is the crystallization of a bold "challenge" realized through joint development with Moët Chandon's group company "Chandon Australia".
It took a whopping three years to adopt the "Champagne method" that ferments at low temperatures for a long time in the bottle, resulting in a delicate and powerful foam.
(*Since three years have passed, the purple hue has faded and become reddish.)
