In the process of making my beloved wife's favorite wine, the white wine accidentally turned purple. It is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, gifts, celebrations, and other occasions. The usual wine is boring. How about a purple wine that surprises everyone? Purple Rain is a purple white wine brewed by Western Australian founders Tim McNamara and Roscoe Stewart. We do not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, but only use grapes grown in Australia's natural bounty. Why purple? This is a mysterious color due to a plant-derived pigment called butterfly beans, but I didn't add butterfly beans because I wanted to make it purple. Butterfly beans have antioxidant properties of their own, which can reduce the amount of antioxidants in wine to the limit. As a result of researching to respond to the voices of Tim's health-conscious wife, we came to the conclusion that butterfly beans are the best choice. Purple wine is a product of chance. *We do not use any artificial colorants, sweeteners, or flavors. *Because it is a naturally derived pigment, the purple hue gradually fades over time. There is no problem with quality. *Depending on the production lot, it may be a purple to reddish-purple (rosé-like) color.
