[About product warranty]
We have a product warranty period of two years from the date of purchase (delivery date). If a defect occurs within the warranty period, please contact us via message within good about the following.

・If you ride on top of the product and there is a problem or damage.
・If you lose a part (product).

・All other defects or damages caused by things other than our fault are not covered by the warranty.

[About wooden logo plates]
The "wooden logo plate" shown in some images is intended to be removed sequentially and may not be included with the product to be delivered.

[Precautions for use and safety]
・This product is an outdoor watering product for ordinary households. Do not use for any other purpose.
・Do not use with well water.
Do not use near open flames.
・Do not use water other than room temperature.
・Do not use for drinking and food processing applications. The hose is made of vinyl chloride resin, so the water through the hose may have an odor.
If the water force is weak, pull out all the hoses and try.
・When carrying the product, please do not hold only the body cover. Be sure to carry the product with a grip.
・To prevent injury due to damage, do not ride on top of the main unit.
・Do not leave the water with the nozzle turned off.
・After use, be sure to close the faucet and drain the water inside the product thoroughly. (Freeze Damage Prevention and Product Protection)
・Do not leave the nozzle or hose tip spout submerged in water.
・Do not use the connector for equipment with automatic water supply, such as automatic washing machines and dishwashers.
[Product care, storage, and maintenance]
・If the product gets dirty, wipe it with water with a soft cloth.
・When storing, avoid direct sunlight.
・If detergents or oils get on the product, the plastic part may be damaged.
・As mentioned in the safety precautions, please follow the following maintenance after use.

*Leaving the faucet open and untreated will always cause water pressure to apply to the product, which can cause product deterioration such as hose deformation, tearing, and nozzle failure.
