Bath tea packed with the power of plants according to the phases of the moon.
The waning moon is a time of relaxation and contemplation. A gentle purifying blend of helicrysum, rosemary, and heather flower soothes the mind and body after bathing in the intense energy of the full moon.
The Power of Herbs
Helichrysum: It is called the "everlasting flower" because it rejuvenates the skin and improves its color. It moisturizes and tightens the skin for a youthful glow.
Rosemary: It is said to improve memory and make events more memorable. It also neutralizes poisons in the body and prepares them for release.
Heather flower: A beautiful purple flower that cleanses the mind, soothes and promotes restful sleep.
Usage
Soak about 10g of botanical bath tea (about 1/2 of the container) in 1L of boiling water. After 15-20 minutes, put only the herbal liquid strained through a tea strainer in the bathtub, stir well and then take a bath. It's easier to use a French press instead of a tea strainer.
Bathing etiquette for the waning moon
To support detoxification and release, incorporate twisting poses into your bath time. Soak in the bathtub in a relaxed position, knees together, and alternately lean on either side of your body. Keep your shoulders in front of you or gently rotate them in the opposite direction to your knees. This gentle twisting creates compression and release of the internal organs, which improves blood circulation. Next, hold your knees in your hands and twist your upper body further in the opposite direction while stretching lightly. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths while maintaining the pose. Slowly unwind the pose and unwind the energy.
