It was transported from France in a custom-made container with a capacity of 20,000 liters under thorough temperature control. The specially designed container has no gaps for oxygen to enter, thus preventing oxidation to the extreme. As a result, we were able to keep the fresh flavor and delicate aroma intact, and in terms of antioxidants, we were able to keep the EU standard of "natural wine" to the standard.
