"Powdered hojicha" is made from roasted tea leaves that can be drunk as sencha tea.
Because the high-quality tea leaves are processed into a fine powder form, the original fragrant aroma of hojicha can be felt as it is, making it an ideal ingredient in hojicha lattes and hojicha sweets.
We also recommend the "Hojicha Affogato," which is topped with hojicha sauce made from powdered tea.
*It is not impossible to dissolve it in hot water and drink it as it is, but we cannot recommend it.
*The raw material is 100% hojicha (no additives)
*Aluminum bag with zipper is used. It can be sealed with confidence even after opening.
■How to make a hojicha latte (hot)
【Materials】
・Powdered hojicha: 1.5g (1 teaspoon)
・Boiling water: 30ml
・Milk: 150ml
・Vanilla syrup: 5-10ml (*Commercially available gum syrup is also acceptable)
(1) Put powdered hojicha in a bowl such as a mouth, pour boiling water over it, and light it with a tea whisk (it is OK if there are no lumps and mixed).
*You can make powdered tea as it is, but if you strain it with a tea strainer and then pour it, it will be less likely to clump.
(2) Add vanilla syrup (*commercially available gum syrup is also acceptable) to the milk and heat it in a microwave or pot.
(Please adjust the amount of sweetness to your liking.) )
(3) Put (1) into the cup first, then pour (2) into it to complete.
■How to make hojicha latte (ice cream)
【Materials】
・Powdered hojicha: 1.5g (1 teaspoon)
・Boiling water: 30ml
・Milk: 150ml
・Vanilla syrup: 5-10ml (*Commercially available gum syrup is also acceptable)

【Materials】
・Powdered hojicha: 1.5g (1 teaspoon)
・Boiling water: 10ml
・Vanilla ice cream
(1) Dissolve powdered hojicha in hot water to make hojicha sauce.
(2) Pour (1) over vanilla ice cream to complete.
