About Nubian Giraffe
Nubian giraffes once inhabited all of North Africa, from Kenya to Egypt. Giraffes prefer open forests and savannas where their favorite foliage, especially acacia, grows.
They currently inhabit eastern South Sudan and southwestern Ethiopia, as well as isolated areas of Uganda and Kenya.
On the body of the Nubian giraffe there is a pronounced chestnut spot, surrounded by a whitish line, but there is no spot under the belly.
