It uses very delicious shiitake mushrooms from Akita Prefecture grown in the spring water of the Shirakami Mountains, a World Heritage Site. As an effort to reduce food loss, which is attracting attention from the perspective of the SDGs, we have made effective use of shiitake mushrooms that do not appear in non-standard markets.
