Super Noodles
It doesn't use wheat but has a surprising firmness and chewiness. Born from my father's passion, "Super Noodles" are gluten-free noodles made using a unique method that achieves an authentic texture in just 60 seconds of boiling time.
Since it does not use wheat, it is safe for allergies and gluten intolerance. We pursued a chewy texture.
The boiling time is 60 seconds for surprisingly thin noodles, and 90 seconds for flat and medium-thick noodles, so it can meet the needs of saving time.
Only domestic brown rice and Hokkaido potato starch are used, and no chemical seasonings are added. Of course, the sauce and soup are additive-free.
