It is still little known in Japan, and it is a tropical honey of the harinashi bee (from Malaysia). It is a sweet and sour honey with propolis naturally dissolved.
The sour taste is a common characteristic of pot honey, but this "Acacia Tb" has a strong acidity, and the tree-like aroma and spicy flavor are addictive. It is also recommended to match it with dressings.
The nectar source is the same as "POT HONEY Acacia Hi". What is different is the type of wasp. You can enjoy a part of the mysterious world of pot honey, where not only does the taste change depending on the plant, but also the taste changes depending on the type of bee.
