[About indigo-dyed fabric] The fabric used in the product is a fabric produced by an indigo dyeing factory with a history of more than 140 years in Bushu (Hanyu City, northern Saitama Prefecture). The fabrics of this indigo dyeing factory are indigo-dyed fabrics that take a long period of three months to complete. There are countless such commitments throughout the production process. I would like to introduce the points that I am particular about. - Dyeing (skeinzome): Hand-dyed work dyes deep to the core of the yarn and creates a unique color. ● Thread: By twilling before dyeing and handling it carefully, the thread will show a more plump look. In addition, indigo dyeing has long been said to have antibacterial and deodorant effects. * Depending on the production lot of the fabric, the shade of the color will differ even if it is the same color. Please understand it as a unique characteristic of natural materials. * Depending on the monitor environment, it may look different from the color of the actual product. ■Precautions■ We use yarn dyed in indigo. The more you use indigo, the more fun it is that its color and texture change. On the other hand, please be aware of the following points when using it. ● Color may transfer due to friction. Due to the characteristics of indigo, the color fades. For example, some of you may have experienced denim and shoes touching, shirts and bags touching, or blue transferring to a pale color. Strong friction, especially friction in wet conditions, will cause strong color transfer, so please be careful not to get wet after washing or wet from rain. ● There is a possibility of discoloration in sunny places. If you leave it in the sun for a long time, sunburn and discoloration may occur. Please do not leave it in the car or near the window as much as possible. After washing, we recommend that you dry it in the shade. ● Caution for dimensional changes This fabric is a cotton fabric. If you wash it with water, it may shrink by about 5~7%. ● About the texture of textiles There may be a few knots and steps in the weaving, but it is a characteristic that appears due to the use of an old loom.
