BARTI SPICED is a craft rum made with Welsh seaweed launched in the summer of 2017 by Jonathan Williams, founder of The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company, which is committed to research to harness seaweed to protect the environment of the Welsh coast. It is blended with the finest Caribbean rum with the vibrant aroma of seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast. Founder Jonathan Williams wanted to share with many people the memories of a delicious drink he enjoyed by the beach with his good friends, and Balti Spiced Rum was born. This spiced rum is made from Caribbean rum with seaweed from Pembrokeshire, Wales, and is suitable for vegans. The perfect balance of vibrant vanilla, cloves, cinnamon and orange creates a perfect harmony, while the ingredients of wild seaweed are extracted by the staff under the direct direction of founder Jonathan on the Pembrokeshire coast, adding a mellow umami flavor that complements the rum aroma.
