【HE HE HE】 Style: Hazy IPA ABV:5.5% IBU:10 Brewing water: Nakamura Sake Brewery Ash (HE) - The blessings of an active volcano are turned into a glass of beer. The "HE" that falls from the active volcano of Kirishima - a natural phenomenon that sometimes makes the vision completely white, is also proof that this place is alive. From that inspiration, this HAZY IPA with a lot of flavor was born. The hops used are Eldorado Citra Haratau Brown. Gorgeous aromas such as white grapes, pears, and white peaches rise, and when you hold it in your mouth, you will have a fruity sensation reminiscent of plums. By making it light without being too heavy, we have achieved a good balance that can be enjoyed as many times as you want. The brewing water is made from the underground water of the Kirishima mountain range, "Lekka water". This pure water, inherited from a shochu brewery, brings out the malt and hop flavors more vividly and clearly. This is a piece that combines the land of Kirishima, the blessings of volcanoes, and carefully selected materials. "HE" is not just beer. It is a taste that feels the heartbeat of the living land.
