A long plate recommended for hors d'oeuvres and fish dishes.
It is designed to be balanced so that it is not too long and easy to store.
Torg
Torg, which means "square" in Swedish, was inspired by selgels torg in Stockholm.
The square hosts events and flea markets, and is a place where passers-by and tourists alike can meet many people as a matter of course.
It all started when I wanted to create a series of four types of materials: porcelain, white clay, black clay, and red clay, comparing sex to soil.
It consists of 10 items, and the form and size are easy to use for both Japanese and Western food, and the glaze and baking method have been devised so that the clay can bring out the charm of each item to the fullest.
One of the attractions is that it is beautiful in combination and you can discover new ways to use it.
It is a series of forms that are easy to use at the dinner table where family and friends gather, and are in one form called Hiroba.
