At our factory, we purchase foil by the roll and cut it to fit the design size before use, but since it's rare to use up all the rolls perfectly in a single job, the leftover end up sitting in the warehouse. Popular colors (black, gold, silver) can be used immediately for other tasks, so it's not a problem, but rare colors may go unused for over ten years and gradually deteriorate in the warehouse. If it deteriorates, the adhesive adheres poorly, making product defects more likely and making it impossible to use in our usual work. Until now, I had discarded this kind of foil, but since there are no issues with color and many are compatible with baking plate printing, this product uses these foils.
