■About the delivery company
We will deliver it by Yamato Transport.
■About damage during delivery
If you have any unfrosting or damage that may be caused by delivery, please consult with the shipping company.
If the carrier admits negligence, the carrier will rearrange the product at the carrier's expense.
■About product defects due to our negligence
We carefully inspect the product at the time of shipment, but if there is a defect in the delivered product, we accept an exchange or return for a new product.
Items that have been received for more than 7 days will be considered to have been received without any problems.
