At EMIII, we take all possible measures to ensure quality control.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product, we will accept returns or exchanges of the product.
If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact the "Messaging function on goooods" within 7 days after the item arrives, after confirming that it meets the conditions of the return guarantee.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ If you lose the delivery statement
・ If it is returned without prior notice
・ When the return guarantee period (7 days after the product arrives) has passed
・ When scratches, damages, or stains occur due to the customer's convenience
・ If the product is lost

If you receive damage or staining due to delivery troubles, product defects, accidents during delivery, etc., or if you receive a product different from the ordered product, all shipping and cash on delivery fees, including returns and exchanges, will be borne by our shop.
If the product is severely damaged or soiled and cannot be returned, we will refund the product price and shipping fee (including cash on delivery fee in the case of cash on delivery).

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as not liking the product, not fitting the skin, ordering by mistake, or not being able to receive it because you are busy, all shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been packaged or unpacked, or products that have been used.
