Kyushu is the signature product of a bee farm that collects nectar in the mountains of Motoyama Town, Saga Prefecture.
It is honey collected from natural trees that bloom during only one and a half months of the year (mid-May ~ late June).
The base is a goby flower, and the bees are prepared to collect nectar at the timing of the goby flower.
Around mid-May in Kyushu, it is the peak time for nectar collection, when various flowers bloom, mainly gobies, red-tailed wrinkles, and glutinous trees.
The bees are also most active during this period from April, so they concentrate on collecting honey.
The nectar collected from various flowers at the goby and red-tailed wrinkle base has a natural flavor that cannot be created by human hands after feeling the sweetness
It is the most popular product with many repeat customers because of its refreshing taste at the end.
It can be used for bread, yogurt, cheese, cooking, and anything else.
However, the amount of nectar collected is currently extremely low, and the quantity that can be provided is quite limited.
