Banzai Cider began production at a soft drink company founded by British businessman Robert Walker in Nagasaki Prefecture.
This cider, which has since disappeared, has been reproduced with reference to the raw materials and manufacturing methods of the early 1900s.
For raw materials, high-quality granulated sugar is used, and flavoring with the smell of champagne is used,
It has an elegant and gentle taste that can be enjoyed with meals.
When I looked up trademark registration, I found that the founder's great-grandson currently has the trademark "Banzai".
I was happy to borrow the trademark and succeeded in reviving it.
