Fukiage Town is located on the west side of the Satsuma Peninsula, facing the East China Sea. Fukiage Beach, which is famous as one of Japan's three major sand dunes, continues on the west coast of Kagoshima. On a scenic slope overlooking Fukiage Beach and the East China Sea, there is Kurokawa Farm, which has been cultivating citrus for three generations of parents and children. Kurokawa Farm grows a variety of citrus fruits, but they grow white peaches for their own use. Although white peaches are rare in Kagoshima Prefecture, families enjoy the peaches they have carefully grown every year. This time, I had white peaches for my family and made them into craft beer.
