The smallest size S is designed with oven cooking for a number of people in mind.
The design, which is a little deeper than other sizes, makes it difficult for food to spill over even over an open flame.
It is recommended for oven dishes such as gratin, seafood and vegetable ajillo.
Eld
Eld means "flame" in Swedish.
We researched in the production areas of Iga ware and Manko ware, which are famous for their heat-resistant pottery, and carefully selected the most suitable manufacturing method and material for the skillet while repeating prototypes.
The number of revisions to the prototype is the highest in the entire series, and it is characterized by a long handle that has never been seen in pottery.
In addition to the accuracy of the prototype, the craftsmen followed us to the time-consuming design that required support one by one from the stage of construction, which is called casting. The combination of materials, design, and craftsmanship has resulted in another series.
