Cooking method
[Ingredients for 6 plates]
1 bag of this product, ground meat: 100g, pork belly: 150g, onion: 300
g (2 medium), carrot: 150g (1 large), water: 500~700cc, cut
Mato can: 400g (1 can) or chopped tomatoes: 400g (2 large pieces), stir-fried
Oil: 2 tablespoons
[How to make]
(1) Chop the vegetables, heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add onions, carrots
Stir-fry in that order. When the vegetables become soft, ground meat, pork
Add the meat in that order and stir-fry.
(2) Add 400cc of water, bring to a boil, remove the scum, and cut the can tomatoes again.
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer until the carrots are soft.
(3) Turn off the heat, add 200cc of water, and then add this product.
Melt.
(4) Simmer again over low heat for 15~20 minutes and it's ready.
