● Ingredients: octopus (from Vietnam), brewed vinegar ● Seasoning liquid: sake (manufactured in Japan), soy sauce, ginger, bonito flakes, sugar, fermented seasonings, brewed vinegar, salt, bonito flakes extract, starch syrup, bonito flakes, yeast extract, kelp extract, kelp / alcohol, (some contain wheat and soybeans)
How to make: (1) Peel 2 cups of rice and soak it in water (about 30 minutes) (2) Drain the rice and put the rice, seasoning liquid, and ingredients (with the liquid) in the inner pot of the rice cooker (3) Stir and cook the white rice according to the amount of water to cook (4) When it is cooked, steam for about 10 minutes and mix.
