In search of delicious acacia honey
The origin of "Akashia Daichi" is an acacia forest as far as the eye can see, and there are no factories or even private houses. Every time the wind blows, acacia is fragrant, and all you can hear is the sound of bees.
More than 20 years ago, when the number of acacia trees in Japan began to decrease steadily, the second generation, Isamu Yamagishi, left Japan, saying, "If this continues, we will not be able to harvest delicious acacia honey." Acacia paradise in the Yellow River Basin has started with acacia planting and has accumulated technical guidance to local beekeepers. It is the second hometown of Kanazawa Yamagishi Apiary.
"Akashia Daichi" continues to be the No. 1 most popular long-term sales of Yamagishi Apiary.

Strict inspection standards control quality
Honey is collected from beekeepers, and strict quality inspections are carried out many times before it passes through quarantine and arrives at the Kanazawa Yamagishi Apiary. Items that do not meet the standards have been returned to the site. After arriving at the Kanazawa Yamagishi Apiary, we will conduct more than 200 pesticide residue tests at a specialized analytical laboratory, and commercialize only those that pass.
Staff inspect honey on-site
When honey is harvested, the staff will fly to the site and check the color, sugar content, and flavor of the honey one can at a time. Honey professionals always taste whether it is a clear golden color without mixing other nectar, whether the sugar content meets the standard, and whether the acacia has a fluffy aroma and a good flavor.
