Amami Oshima, where 80% of the island is mountainous, is truly a sacred place for "tankan" and is actively cultivated in mountainous areas with large temperature differences. Before ripening, such a "epilepsy" needs to be plucked blue berries. Blue "Tankan" was harvested early before the winter ripening period. This time, we received early-harvested oranges from the village of Uken Village in the southern part of Amami Oshima, squeezed the sour juice, and combined it with the wort to make craft beer.
