Based on naturally brewed domestically produced whole soybean soy sauce, we have added natural bonito and kelp broth extracted at our own factory.
You can enjoy somen noodles without letting the dipping sauce taste fade until the very end.

We use our own domestically produced whole soybean soy sauce, makurazaki bonito flakes, Hidaka kelp, raw sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture, Mikawa's authentic mirin 'Aioi Sakura', and Sakito Island's flat pot salt 'Nippon no Kaishio'.
