The fruit purchased during the season is pureed and pulped, so it has an overwhelming pulp that is unlike any other.
Okayama Prefecture used to be one of the leading producers of Japanese peppermint in Japan.
We are also particular about mint liqueur using Japanese peppermint "Mami Midori" from Yakage Town, which has been revived in recent years.
As a liqueur specialty workshop, our management philosophy is to "create products that explore the potential of liqueurs." We try to make liqueurs that take advantage of the characteristics of the ingredients.
