All refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. All replacements must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All exchanges and returns must be sent to the return address of Ecolluka after receiving confirmation and sending an email requesting an exchange or return request using the message function on Goooods. Unauthorized return is strictly prohibited. Products that are returned or exchanged must remain in their original condition, including packaging, without opening the product. Incomplete returns, such as those in which the package has been opened, may be rejected.
