And the second product was born as this "garlic oil tailoring".
This product is a combination of our signature product, "Salted Fresh Pepper," with garlic oil.
I had been thinking about pairing garlic for quite some time, and I was looking for the best shape, but as soon as I started thinking that I wanted to enjoy not only making new products but also meeting producers, I met Shirakawa Farm, a garlic farmer in Kagawa Prefecture.
As a result of repeated trial and error on the type of base oil, we were able to finish the finest garlic oil that goes very well with fresh pepper.
At our store & CAMBODIA, we combine the oil and fresh pepper and finish it with a low-temperature treatment like confit.
This deeply blends the flavor and aroma, and the product brings out the goodness of garlic oil and fresh pepper.
Each "peppercorn" has the aroma of garlic oil and the flavor of salting, so it can be used when paired with simple ingredients such as baguettes, boiled shrimp, and mozzarella cheese.
Of course, it goes well with eggs, meat dishes, salmon, mashed potatoes, fried foods such as spring rolls and tonkatsu.
It is a seasoning that goes especially well with dishes and ingredients that are finished with garlic.
