I made beer in collaboration with the popular Youtuber "Izu no Nushi Fishing" Mr./Ms.! I met them for the first time when I opened a store at an event called "NIKUJIRU Battle" hosted by Mr./Ms. "Hiya", a liquor store that I am indebted to, and we hit it off and talked about making a collaboration beer. After comparing over 20 beers at Repubrew, I decided to make a hazy IPA with a woody coconut aroma, which was my favorite! The hop used to express this aroma is "HBC472". Both woody and tropical aromas stand out well, and it is perfect for expressing the aroma we imagine! Also, in order to make the most of this aroma, I blended hops with a good balance. The finish is exactly as I imagined! The light richness of malt and the smooth mouthfeel of oats, woody & coconut & tropical with the characteristics of "HBC472" hops! The alcohol is a little high at 7%, but it is a smooth devilish drink that does not make you feel it at all! While camping, let's all play "Campai Campai"! This time, I Thailand to serve it in an easy-to-carry and eco-friendly can of beer so that I can drink it while camping, so I made the label with an original design! We asked Mr./Ms. HIROTTON, a designer from Mishima, to design and arrange our logo Fireman in a Western armor style! The hop-skewered design makes it look like you're eating hops, which is perfect for this hoppy beer!
