The current lot will be the Aurora Farm in the Coban district. Coban, where the Aurora Plantation is located, is located about 150 km north of the capital Guatemala City. It is a basin surrounded by mountains, and it is known as a town with a lot of fog all year round, as warm, humid air from the Caribbean Sea flows into it. The rainforest remains untouched in Koban. It is said that there are 179 species of birds, including endemic species, and it is truly a bird's paradise. What is carefully protected by the local residents of Koban is the "Kubiwaki Nuban Plover". It is a very beautiful and colorful bird with a red belly and a white and black border line. It is affectionately called "Aurora" locally. The name of the aurora plantation also comes from here. The basic roasting degree is a city roast (medium-dark roast) with just the right amount of bitterness and a slight sweetness with a little less acidity.
