There is a small island called Nagashima at the northern end of Kagoshima. It is an island rich in food and nature, so much so that it is called the "Nagashima Continent". In the mountains of Nagashima, there is "Hamanouen" that is working to regenerate abandoned orchards and grow citrus. The owner, Mr. Hamanogami, studied at a natural farm and regenerated abandoned Aamaki trees in a field that reproduced the environment as if he were in a forest. This season, while citrus is said to be a poor harvest, we made craft beer with a strong and fruitful natural farming method of sweet summer (red sweet summer).
