This is a dark roasted decaf blend.
It has a long-lasting aftertaste from mouth to nose.
It has a bittersweet taste and sweetness, like caramelized baked sweet potatoes.
I don't feel any peculiar habits to the point where I forget about decaf.
★ What is ★ the Mountain Water Process
Using natural water from Mexico, the green beans are soaked in water saturated with coffee ingredients other than caffeine to dissolve only the caffeine in the water.
By pressurizing and heating the beans during caffeine removal, the flavor of the beans is less likely to be lost.
No organic solvents or other chemicals are used, and the removal rate is approximately 99.9%
