About returns and defective products
When the product arrives, please be sure to check if there are any defects, stains, damage, delivery errors, etc.
■ Return deadline and conditions
We only accept unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact the customer center within 7 days after the item arrives.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns and exchanges after the deadline.
■ Return shipping fee
The shipping fee for returns due to customer's convenience is at the customer's expense.
However, we will be responsible for the replacement of defective products and the delivery and replacement of incorrect products.
■ Defective products
In the unlikely event that there is a defective product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
After checking our stock status, we will replace it with a new or equivalent product. If there is no replacement, we will refund your money.
