1
We use whole wheat flour made by grinding whole brown barley from Tokachi in Hokkaido, whole wheat flour of rare ancient wheat grown in Japan, and wheat grown in the three prefectures of Tokai.
2
The sugar is not chemically refined, raw sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture, beet sugar from Hokkaido, and brown sugar from Okinawa Prefecture, depending on the sweets.

The only oil used is rice oil squeezed from domestic rice bran and pressed rapeseed oil. No shortening is used for the dough or frying oil. The eggs are fertilized eggs from cage-free Gifu Prefecture chickens.
