[Carefully selected raw materials and manufacturing methods] The Nanko plums, which have been cultivated and fully ripened at the foot of Mt. Ibuki, which are rich in nature, are carefully removed from the stems one by one and prepared with a lot of effort. The pickled sake is made with 100% carefully selected sake. In pursuit of a richer taste of plum wine, we chose a rich and sweet sake. The pickling period was carefully determined to bring out only the delicious parts of the plums. To finish, by filtering with a microfilter, unpleasant odors and turbidity are removed, resulting in a refreshing, pure taste and clear color.
