We will not accept returns in the following cases:

We do not accept the date and time of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will send you an "absence slip", so please request it again by yourself. We do not accept changes to the delivery address or delivery date and time after the order is completed. * You will be responsible for a separate shipping fee for redelivery after return. * If the order information is incomplete, we may contact the customer and ship it. If we are unable to contact you, we will temporarily suspend shipping. < Regarding measures such as long-term absence> if the product is shipped to the address stated in the application information but the customer does not receive it, or if the product cannot be shipped due to incomplete application information, the sales contract may be canceled after the product has been shipped or six months have passed after it is found that the product cannot be shipped.
