(B) Field Blend 2022 Alc:12.5% It is a blend wine of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Pinot Gris. After crushing with a foot pedal, the fruit is soaked (maceration) with the peel for five days, then pressed in a stainless steel tank. After aging for one year, it was bottled and aged for another year before being released. Brewed without any additives, it offers a pure flavor that lets you feel the energy of the land. (C) Pinot noir/Pinot Gris Rose 2022 Alc:12.5% A red-and-white mixed wine (rosé) made from a plot on the Banks Peninsula, with 60% Pinot Gris and 40% Pinot Noir. Juicy, mouthwatering aromas of guava, pomegranate, and raspberry, with a subtle blend of chalky minerals and a crisp cranberry acidity, creating a vibrant flavor. Brewed without any additives.
