This gin is based on the original gin that won the Best Welsh London Dry in 2019 and is a Gawajin original distiller's cut released to commemorate the 5th anniversary of its establishment. The same botanical list as the recipe at the time of its establishment has been reformulated, emphasizing the juniper flavor and fresh fennel aromas. Green fennel and bronze fennel collected on the coast of the Gawa region are blended with eight botanicals, including lemon and fresh peel of pink grapefruit, to create a refreshing London Dry Gin with a good balance of savory and citrusy sweet notes.
