A microbrewery in Takumachi, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. In addition to specialty products such as figs and yamamomo tea, we also brew products using delicious rice grown in the clean water of Shimane Prefecture.
Among the many beer competitions, "TAKI-BRE Porter" won the bronze prize at the INTERNATIONAL BEER CUP, the third oldest international competition in the world.

ISIDA AKIRA
Born in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture in 1977. After graduating from a local high school, he moved to Tokyo. When he was 20 years old, he came into contact with a local beer from Yamaguchi Prefecture that he drank while returning to his hometown and realized that beer was not an alcoholic beverage. Since then, he has been actively drinking domestic and foreign beers. That was the starting point for brewer Akira Ishida. Then, he returned to his hometown of Masuda City and got a job. In the meantime, he traveled to various parts of Japan and enjoyed visiting craft beers. Then, in 2020, he found a brewery in his hometown of Shimane Prefecture that could accept training and started training. After a period of preparation, he obtained a brewing license in April 2022 and continues to this day.

Brew craft beer using local specialties.
Using Horai persimmons (figs), which are a specialty of Taki Town and are famous nationwide, we started brewing in cooperation with local farmers. IN ADDITION, WE ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE SDGS BY PURCHASING NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS.
Do you know the phrase "beautiful skin prefecture Shimane"? This is the Nippon Skin Beauty Prefecture Grand Prix, and Shimane Prefecture has won first place for four consecutive years since the first time. Therefore, in cooperation with the prefecture, we have taken up a large number of beautiful beers that use plenty of nutrient-rich figs, which are called "fruits of immortality and longevity", and we have used the logo of "Shimane Prefecture for Beautiful Skin" to send out that there are such interesting craft beers all over the country.
In the future, we would like to continue to disseminate local specialties and culture to the whole country, and work with the local community to enliven the town so that people can visit it.

Yamamomo Tea Ale
In the past, the town of Taki was a production area of yams. Currently, the population is aging and the number of Yamamo farmers is steadily decreasing. Therefore, we collaborated with a local vendor to develop a product using Yamamo tea leaves. And the result is a Yamamomo tea ale.
It is finished in a soothing pale ale with a hint of the gentle bitterness and aroma of Yamamo tea.
It is used not only by craft beer lovers, but also by many scenes regardless of age or gender, such as birthday gifts, Father's Day, souvenirs, year-end gifts, and middle age.
In addition, we are increasing the number of OEM requests from inside and outside the prefecture using local specialties. I would be happy if I could directly or indirectly energize many customers and communities.
