When Logona started in the 1970s, there was no standard of "organic certification", so we started by looking for raw materials. At that time, the raw materials for cosmetics were related to the degree of refinement and the hygiene of the factory, and many of them had already been preservatively processed at the raw material stage. We grew our own herbs, and we searched for farmers who grow herbs organically, and extracted extracts and ingredients from the herbs naturally. First in the kitchen, then in the garage converted into a factory. Gradually, researchers who agree with this concept gathered and continued to seriously question what they could do in their own lives and economic activities, and now many products such as hair care and skin care have been created, and products have obtained the world's strictest level of natural and organic cosmetics third-party certification, NATRUE.
[Organic, ecological and environmental issues are still familiar to Logona]
〇 Since 2020, we have been using only 100% renewable energy (wind power, biomass) for manufacturing.
〇 All company cars are electric vehicles.
〇 In order to increase the biodiversity of endangered bees and other biobiodiversity, shrub herbs and wildflowers are planted in a 7,410㎡ meadow around our factory, and we have also set up a "Bugs Hotel" for insects.
〇 The raw materials for shampoo bottles are 100% recycled raw materials.
