DAICHI TACHIBANA
I worked as an apprentice at a certain bag brand company for 5 years, and worked as a sewing craftsman for bags and wallets.
He retired because he wanted to live in the countryside. I wanted to make use of my skills and experience, and I realized that it was a place where there were various things that could be used as materials for bags, so I moved to Taka Town, Hyogo Prefecture. We mainly use Japanese paper, Sugihara paper, Banshu weaving, and deer skin, and we make things made in Japan in both materials. Sugihara paper is made of 100% naturally-derived raw materials, and we launched the brand with the desire to use only deer leather harvested for animal control and to revitalize the region.
