In his 30s, he returned to his hometown of Akita and inherited a rough thicket from his father. In a forest that is not subject to forestry, while making play for his two sons, he encounters mountain cherry blossoms, which are endemic to Japan.
I was shocked to notice that the color and expression of the mountain cherry tree gradually changed as I continued to use it in my daily life, and as I continued to use it in my daily life, I noticed a feature that other tree species did not have, such as the color and expression changing little by little.
In his previous job, he was responsible for product development, prototyping, manufacturing, and sales. He takes on the role of giving shape to the concept, being used, and being evaluated. This attitude is the foundation of today's manufacturing. The idea that was born while facing the forest and mountain cherry blossoms was named "Slow Gear". Since then, he has used wood as a tool to give people time to stop and reflect on themselves.
