Communicating the charm of the island's history, culture, and manufacturing
We aim to establish ourselves as a comprehensive brand that transmits the charm of the Izu Islands beyond mere product development.
At its core, it is a deep relationship of trust with the long-established Sakashita Sake Brewery, Mr. Okiyama.
This story began when Vincent, the representative, resonated with Mr. Okiyama's dedication to sake brewing and the challenge of looking to the future of the island. When starting the project, we first started with thorough "historical research". Together with a writer known for his research on the Edo period, he spent several months researching the folklore of Hachijojima, and set the spirituality of how the "sinners" who were once exiled to this area supported each other and built their own culture with the islanders.

As for specific activities, we not only brew sake that is particular about Hachijojima's raw materials, but also cooperate with sensitive bars, hotels, and restaurants all over Japan to promote products that make you want to talk about them.
In the future, we are also considering the development of sake and food products using the specialties of the Izu Seven Islands, and we are working to build a platform that directly contributes to the revitalization of the local economy, such as agricultural support and tourism promotion starting from sake brewing.
We shed light on the process of manufacturing by "human hands" and continue to disseminate its value both domestically and internationally.
