In-house integrated production and commitment to traditional materials
At the core of the health club's product manufacturing is the unwavering policy of "integrated in-house production." We have our own farm in Honna-cho, Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, and we manage everything in-house, from the production of JAS-certified organic garlic to the poultry farming of Karasu chickens.
In particular, crow bone chickens are more difficult to raise than ordinary chickens and have low egg production, so they are also called "phantom chickens" and are valuable. Its bones, meat, and even internal organs are black, and it has been prized as an ingredient in medicinal dishes and herbal medicines since ancient times. We carefully raise these precious crow bone chickens and use their eggs as raw materials for health foods.
There is no compromise on garlic either. Garlic grown organically on our own farm is grown using a cultivation method that maximizes the power of the soil, without relying on chemical fertilizers or pesticides. This commitment is a key factor in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our products.
We also use the latest technology in the manufacturing process to suppress the peculiar smell of garlic while taking great care to retain 100% of the ingredients. We do not use any additives when encapsulating, and we are particular about providing it in a 100% pure state.
In addition, we are developing products that value the food culture and traditions of the region, such as "Satsuma Genki Ball Black," which makes use of the traditional fermentation technology of Kagoshima, the home of black vinegar. The Health Club continues to pursue authentic healthy food while blending tradition and innovation.
